Dive UP developed the website and online booking system which will enable individuals to browse, learn and book our full range of services provided directly by Dive UP, including all dives, diving course packages, diving safaris, guided tours and equipment rental.

All rates and prices listed through our online booking system include the entire cost for all services and charges related to the packages, this includes but not limited to all surcharges & taxes.
Exchange Rates between available currencies with the company are set on a daily basis. When you book online and pay a deposit you will be charged with the rate when you booked which is indicated in the booking confirmation. Booking payments online are charged at live exchange rates. If you choose to reserve and pay in resort this will be done at the company’s exchange rates from the original payment amount when reserved.
Any fees, costs, charges and taxes with regards to our services are payable to Dive UP in the currency stated in the booking confirmation, or the equivalent in Euros or Sterling according to the companies exchange rates. Once a user makes a booking using our online booking system regarding to the booked service the remaining amount will be expected in resort before your courses or services begin
Services displayed on the website for Dive UP are available for booking and subject to availability. Confirmation will be sent to you within 48 hours upon completing the booking. If you have not received your confirmation within the 48 hours please contact us by email or social media. Your booking is not guaranteed without a confirmation.
For all services mentioned in hours or days, Dive UP reserves the right to confirm availability on specific times within the date range upon receiving your booking request. In the event that the Dive UP has limited availability during the date range specified in the booking, Dive UP agrees to notify you immediately about the availability on specific dates within the date range so that you may plan accordingly or make alternative arrangements.

This agreement is between Dive UP, Diving Centre. Dive up the owner, and owner of Diveup.com and you our client, a user of the website, social media accounts and services.
Through this agreement, the words “Dive UP”, “us”, “we”, and “our” refer to our company, Dive UP Diving Centre and our website and social media platforms, plus any Service. Which is appropriate in the context of the use of the words. Your ability to submit or transmit any information to the Site and Service, including but not limited to text, photos, pictures, comments, designs, data or videos will be referred to as “Content” throughout this Agreement
By using our website, social media, software or any service you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We may at times amend our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy and we will notify you when we do so.
If you don’t agree to the Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy please notify us to cancel any upcoming bookings. Users of our services must be 16 years or above. If you are under 16 please stop using our website and any of our services immediately. Under 16s are able to book with us with adult supervision

DiveUP.com acts solely between you and the Dive UP Diving Centre plus our online booking system enables you to make your booking direct with us.
Bookings created through our online booking system results in a direct contract between you and Dive UP diving centre. In accordance to the terms and conditions set out in our bookings, this includes, but not limited to any fees, costs, charges and taxes. This also includes any cancellation or no-show charges. All bookings are subject to change and availability. Once booked you will receive confirmation or change of date or service depending on previously mentioned reasons.
Information displayed on our website and social media platforms are based on information provided by Dive UP Diving Centre.
We guarantee that the information is reliable, accurate, complete and free from errors.
Dive UP may ask customers to comment and feedback all aspects of their experience with our services, in turn these reviews may be posted on our website. Should guests choose to review us elsewhere or tag the company in other posts or reviews, Dive UP have the rights to re-share and use this information also.
Dive UP will photograph some of the experiences and services that we offer. This too could be posted on our website and social media. If you do not wish to be photographed or images that may contain yourself to be shared, please notify us at the time of booking.
